1. Nature of the Platform

Zora Women is a telehealth platform designed to connect women experiencing hormonal transitions with licensed clinical professionals. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Zora Women is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
• The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Clinical services are provided by independent, licensed third-party clinicians, not directly by Zora Women.

2. Clinical Care Providers

Medical and clinical services available through the Zora Women platform are provided by independent, licensed clinicians and healthcare professionals. Zora Women does not employ these clinicians and is not responsible for the clinical decisions they make. Your relationship with your clinician is governed by their individual practice terms and applicable state medical regulations.

3. Subscription & Pricing

Access to Zora Women's clinical services is provided on a subscription basis:

All prices are in USD. Your subscription will renew automatically each month at the applicable rate unless cancelled prior to your renewal date. Zora Women reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@zorawomen.com. Please note the following:

• Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
• There are no refunds for partial months of service already billed.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
• Cancellation of your subscription does not affect any clinical records maintained by your assigned clinician, which are governed by applicable medical record retention laws.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zora Women's services. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration and intake is accurate and complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zora Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or clinical services, including but not limited to any clinical outcomes. Zora Women's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Zora Women in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

8. Changes to These Terms

Zora Women reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
